Complete worldwide school cover for all school trips including extreme sports.

Schools today organise a large number of trips. These incorporate everything from bussing day children into school to visiting other schools for sports fixtures; from theatre outings and geography field trips, CCF, and Duke of Edinburgh expeditions to sports tours to other continents.

Travelling, whether in the UK or abroad, is a high risk activity. No matter how carefully planned, things can go wrong - be it a delayed flight, a lost passport, an accident or illness.

SFS Group has designed a comprehensive travel insurance policy which covers all eventualities for all the children at a school and, where appropriate, staff and parents. This policy applies worldwide throughout the year and includes local travel such as daily transport to school as well as overseas trips.

Premium

The cost of the Scheme is £1.80 per pupil per year, therefore if your school has 255 pupils the annual premium would be £459 inclusive of IPT (insurance Premium Tax).

Crisis Management for Schools

For schools which both subscribe to the Crisis Response and Support Services and purchase the Complete Travel Policy for Schools, crisis management expenses cover is available as an extension to the CTPS for an additional premium of only £1.80 per pupil per year, inclusive of IPT (insurance premium tax), this insurance will cover expenses of up to £100,000 for any single crisis.
