A comprehensive insurance package for schools

The Process

1. One month before a school's current policy expires, SFS Group will conduct a site survey. (N.B. Zurich Municipal will not break an existing commitment to a long term agreement). This is not onerous for the school and much of the information can be transmitted electronically.
2. Zurich Municipal will prepare a quotation which will take approximately two weeks.
3. Zurich Municipal and SFS Group will present the quotation; explain the details of the claims performance bonus; and deal with any queries.
4. If the quote is successful, the local Zurich Municipal relationship manager will visit the school, deliver the policies and certificates, and arrange for regular review meetings depending on the complexity of the account.
5. Any claims will be dealt with directly by Zurich Municipal although SFS Group will keep a watching brief at all times.
6. Zurich Municipal aim to support customers to better understand relevant issues that relate to insurance and managing risks in schools. This may be delivered in the form of training, seminars or customer events - all with the aim of helping schools reduce their risks and enhance the working relationship.
