We recognise that many schools have already considered the area of crisis management and have programmes in place to manage such events. CMS is constructed to allow a school to select the type and level of service they feel best suits their circumstances.

Crisis Planning
Bespoke Crisis Management Audit and Procedural Handbook
Each school audit is unique. It will assess the risks peculiar to the school and, where required, offer a review of any existing procedures or the creation of a new procedural handbook. The cost for this service is determined by the pupil roll of the school, as follows:

Crisis Management Training
Training is held on site at the school and will teach staff members how to respond to a crisis using the school's current audit report. This option allows a school to experience and react to the pressures that may occur as a crisis evolves. Initial Cost Annual Review

Crisis Response and Support Services
Payment of an annual retainer ensures access to 24/7 telephone mentoring, use of the docleaf ® emergency response centre, crisis mentoring, trauma counselling and access to a number of specialists.
Pupil Roll Annual Retainer* Up to 150 £3,000 151 to 250 £3,500 251 to 350 £4,000 351 to 450 £4,500 451+ £5,000 *A discount of 10% will be applied when a school agrees to a three year contract. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Expenses and specialist services detailed below are not covered by the annual retainer:
- Costs directly associated with use of support persons at the point of use (see list below).
- Expenses incurred by support persons at the point of use.
- All reasonable travelling, hotel, and other out-of-pocket expenses (plus VAT where appropriate) which may reasonably and properly be incurred in connection with the provision of the services.
These costs can be protected by the CTPS - the Complete Travel Policy for Schools - available from SFS Group Ltd

| CALL OUT OF docleaf ® PERSONAL CRISIS MENTORING | £2,000 per day (7.5 hours) or part thereof. £266 per subsequent hour worked in any 24 hour period. Travelling time is charged at the above rate. Time will be charged from the time of departure to the time of returning to base. |
| INBOUND CRISIS CALL CENTRE | £95-£120 per hour per operator. Additional charges will be incurred for call patching, message taking and forwarding to and from the inbound crisis call centre. Management fee of £1,000 per 24 hours |
| docleaf ® CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALISTS | £1,500 per day (7.5 hours) or part thereof. £200 per subsequent hour worked in any 24 hour period. Travelling time is charged at the standard rate unless agreed otherwise. Time will be charged from the time of departure to the time of returning to base. |
| docleaf ® CARE TEAM | Between £700 and £900 per 24 hour period. Travelling time is charged at the above rate. Time will be charged from the time of departure to the time of returning to base. |
| MEDICAL PHYSICIANS | £1,250 per 24 hour period. Travelling time is charged at the above rate. Time will be charged from the time of departure to the time of returning to base. |
| docleaf ® TRAUMA COUNSELLORS | £1,250 per day or part thereof for active deployment. For post-incident UK support £200 per hour plus travel costs. Travelling time is charged at the above rate. Time will be charged from the time of departure to the time of returning to base. |
| TELEPHONE BASED TRAUMA COUNSELLING | £200 per hour plus any associated call costs. |
| OTHER SPECIALISTS e.g. legal, accident, fire, hygiene experts | From £1,000 per day. |
