Details of the Young Teachers' Conference have been announced by the National Union of Teachers (NUT).
Taking place in June, the conference aims to encourage young members of the teaching profession to get the "work to live not live to work" balance right.
In April, the NUT organised the biggest ever teacher strike in over 20 years, a move that directly affected hundreds of schools across England and Wales.
The Union called for industrial action following a below-inflation pay rise, saying that low pay was discouraging undergraduates from joining the profession and causing established teachers to leave.
Acting secretary of the NUT Christine Blower said: "One message that came across loud and clear from our young teacher members is that a combination of declining pay rates and unacceptable workload is driving them out of the profession at an alarming rate."
Further strike action has not been ruled out.
The Young Teachers' Conference promises to be a "fun and stimulating" weekend that aims to bring new teachers together.
